The Heritage
 |
|
Our farm is 22 acres of rolling hills with the most beautiful views of
sunsets and mountains. We are located on the edge of the historic town of
Pendleton, in the northwest region of South Carolina. We are minutes from Clemson
University, I-85, Greenville, and Anderson. Our farm has been in operation since
1987 as a boarding, teaching, and breeding facility.

The Barn
 |
|
A modern well cared for facility,
providing twelve roomy stalls with sliding
doors to the interior aisle, windows to the outside for good ventilation, and
the feeling of openness. All stalls are lined with rubber mats that are bedded
with sawdust. There is a hot/cold wash rack, several crossties for
grooming, and a closed tack room
for all boarders. The barn is in close proximity to our home and has 24 hour
security.

Pastures
 |
|
Five separate areas fenced
with either three rail PVC, or smooth wire with electric. Fresh water is
available at all times, and mares and geldings are pastured separately. Three
smaller paddocks are available for individual use as needed, but we feel it is a
very important part of your horse's well being to socialize in small groups.
|
Riding Facilities
 |
|
There is a 100' X 230' sand, lighted, riding arena, and a 60' diameter round
pen for all to use. We also provide a separate jump field and easy access to
various trails for hours of riding enjoyment. |
Health Care
 |
|
The Heritage requires that all
horses are maintained on EEE, WEE, Tetnus,
Rhino, and Flu shots in the spring and fall, and yearly Coggins,
West Nile, Rabies, and Strangles to ensure the well being of all.
